By booking an appointment with Stillness Flow Bodywork, you agree to the following terms and policies.

Appointments & Booking
All appointments must be scheduled through our secure online booking system, Vagaro. A valid payment method may be required to reserve your session.

Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

Same-day cancellations and missed appointments (no-shows) may be charged 100% of the service fee.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next scheduled appointment. The full service fee will still apply.

Payments & Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service unless prepaid.

All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for completed services. Prepaid sessions or packages are non-refundable but may be used toward future services.

Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for communicating any preferences or concerns at the time of their appointment. For privacy and security, sensitive health information should only be shared through our secure booking system.

Professional Boundaries
Stillness Flow Bodywork maintains a professional and therapeutic environment at all times. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and full payment will be required.

Communication
General inquiries may be submitted through the website contact form. Please do not include personal health information in website forms or email communications.

Disclaimer

Limitation of Liability
By booking a session, you acknowledge that massage therapy/bodywork is provided for relaxation and wellness purposes and is not a substitute for medical care.

Stillness Flow Bodywork is not liable for any injury or adverse reaction resulting from services provided.

Privacy
All client information is handled with care. Appointment scheduling and any health-related information are managed through our secure third-party platform, Vagaro.

Updates to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
